The Library is your organization’s central hub for repeatable work in Harvey:
- Find prompts, workflows agents, and examples in one place
- Reuse proven approaches to common tasks
- Save and organize your own resources
- Quickly move from discovery into execution

Browse Resources in the Library
You can browse prompts, workflow agents, and examples directly from the Library. To browse resources, follow the steps below:
- Open Library
- Select a resource type:
- Prompts
- Workflow agents
- Examples
- Use filters to refine results. Filtering helps you quickly find the most relevant resources for your work.
Note: Examples can be used by anyone, but only Library admins can create and manage examples, enabling customization to meet the specific needs of the team.
Use a Prompt
Use a Prompt From the Library
To use a saved prompt, follow the steps below:
- Open Library
- Select the Prompts tab
- Select a prompt
- Select Use prompt. The prompt will populate in the prompt text box, where you can edit or run it.
Use a Prompt From Assistant
To use a saved prompt, follow the steps below:
- Open Assistant
- Select Library

- Search or filter to find your prompt
- Select the prompt. The prompt will populate in the prompt text box, where you can edit or run it.
Save a Prompt
You can save prompts for reuse from either the Library or a past query.
Save a Prompt From the Library
- Open Library > Prompts
- Select Create a Prompt
- Add details to the available fields
- Select Save
Save a Prompt From a Query
- Locate the query that contains the prompt you’d like to save
- Select Save prompt below the query

- Add details to the available fields
- Select Save
Use a Workflow Agent
Workflow agents guide you through structured, repeatable tasks to standardize complex processes and ensure consistent results.
To use a workflow agent, follow the steps below:
- Open Library
- Select the Workflow agent tab
- Select a Workflow agent
- Follow the guided steps
