Requests: Approve or Deny

A running list of external sharing requests appears in the center of the page. Each request includes:

  • Options to approve or decline
  • Recipient email addresses with the ability to adjust access levels or remove users
Requests screen with details on who is requesting external sharing.

Connections

Approved workspaces appear here. Admins can toggle and filter between Resources and Users.

  • Resources: View which workflows and playbooks have been shared externally and the number of users with access.
  • Users: See all internal and external users collaborating across workspaces, including how many resources they've shared and their access levels.
