We’ve introduced several improvements to help you organize, browse, and manage your files more efficiently in vaults.

Enhanced Folder View Options on Review

Switch between two display modes in your review table:

• Grouped by folders — Quickly scan files within their folder structure.
• Flat list — View all files at once without navigating through folders.

Flexible File Organization From Review

Move files into new or existing folders directly from the table, allowing you to reorganize content without switching views.

Enhanced Sorting and View Options for Vault

Sort your vault by Recently viewed, Newest created, Oldest created, and Alphabetical order. Choose between a grid versus list view for your vault. Both give you control over how your files are presented.

Why it Matters

These updates make it faster and more intuitive to keep your vault organized, especially as you scale up your work. New display and grouping options in review allow for efficient reorganization of your data, meeting you where you work, rather than taking you out of context.
