New self-serve admin toggles in the Knowledge Settings page gives workspace Admins a more clear and centralized way to manage access to public knowledge sources. This includes:
- Web Search
- Region-specific knowledge sources
Why It Matters
This update brings visibility and control together, allowing Admins to quickly enable or disable sources without navigating multiple permission settings. The result is faster setup, easier ongoing management, and fewer dependencies when activating new knowledge sources.
How to Use
- Navigate to Settings.
- Select Knowledge.
- Use the toggles to enable or disable workspace-level access to knowledge sources.
- [Optional] Once enabled, go to Settings > Roles to modify access by role, or Settings > Users to modify access for specific users.
