Language Selection for Review Columns

What's New

You can now choose the output language for free response and duration column types in a review table. When creating a column, a new language dropdown appears.

• By default, the column language matches your user profile language.
• You can override this setting to generate output in any supported language.

Why it Matters

This update gives you the ability to:

• Localize content for different audiences or stakeholders in a single workflow.
• Ensure more accurate and consistent language output by explicitly defining the language per column.

It’s especially valuable for teams working across regions or reviewing multilingual content.

How to Use

1. Create or open a free response or duration column in a review table.
2. Use the new language dropdown to choose the desired output language.
3. Run the column to generate results in the language you specified.

Tips for Success

• The Language selector overrides any language instructions in the column question text.

  • Example: If the question says, “Summarize in Spanish,” but the language is set to English, outputs may be inconsistent.
• For reliable results, always specify the desired output language through the language dropdown when available—not the question.
