Moving and Sharing Review Tables

You can now decide where review tables live and who can access them.

Key updates:

• Move review tables in and out of vaults
• Share review tables when they’re outside a vault

Why It Matters

This update grants more flexibility over where your review tables live, making collaboration and private work easier.

How to Use

Move a Table Into a Vault

Only the table owner can move it into a vault, and must have edit access to that vault.

1. Open a review table.
2. Click the ellipses menu in the top right.
3. Select Move review table.
4. Choose the new vault location.
5. Review the access change pop-up message.
6. Click Continue to move to proceed.

Move a Table Out of a Vault

Anyone with edit access to the vault can move a review table outside of the vault.

1. Open a review table.
2. Click the ellipses menu in the top right.
3. Select Remove from vault.
4. Review the access change pop-up message.
5. Click Remove from vault to proceed.

The table will move to your private history, if History is enabled in your workspace.

Share a Review Table

Tables inside a vault inherit and adhere to the vault’s sharing settings.

When a review table is outside a vault, the table owner can share it directly with others by following the steps below.

1. Open the review table.
2. Select Share.
3. Add users, groups, or the entire workspace.
4. Choose View or Edit access.

View vs. Edit Access

Your access level determines what you can do in a review table.

With view access, you can:

• View the table, files, and sources
• Ask over review
• Open the table in Assistant
• Export the table
• Download files
• Filter the table

With edit access, you can do everything included with view access, plus:

• Edit cells
• Add columns or files
• Verify or flag cells
• Assign rows
• Share, move, and rename the table

Notes and Limitations

• Tables support view and edit access only
• Threads linked to a table (such as Ask over review or nudges) cannot be shared yet (coming soon)
• External sharing is not available yet (coming soon)

FAQs

Q: Who can move a table?

If the table is in a vault, you must have at least edit-only access to the vault to move it. If the table is in private history, you must be owner or have table edit access to move it.

Q: Who can share a review table?

When the table is outside a vault, the owner of the table is the only person that can share a review table with edit or view access. When the table is inside a vault, it inherits the vault’s sharing permissions.
