Upload Password Protected Files
Unlock password-protected, encrypted files directly in Harvey and work with them like any other file, without needing to decrypt files externally and remove passwords in advance.
What's New
You can now upload and unlock password-protected files directly in Harvey, enabling teams to work more seamlessly with sensitive documents. With this update, you can:
- Upload password-protected files in Assistant
- Enter individual passwords per file, or bulk-apply one password to all uploaded files
- Eliminate upload failures caused by password-protected documents
Why it Matters
Previously, encrypted files would fail to upload and could not be used in Harvey—creating workflow blockers, especially for teams working with sensitive financial, legal, or client-protected documents.
This enhancement ensures encrypted materials remain secure while still being accessible for authorized work.
- Quickly identify encrypted files + unlock them directly within Harvey
